Hey there! I'm Andre Queiroz
but the internet knows me as Dezo
Software developer and AI Solutions Architect specialized in building forensic-grade systems with enterprise-level quality standards. Since the advent of AI, I've pivoted to master autonomous agent orchestration, context engineering, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations.
Based in Canada and serving clients worldwide, I focus on designing efficient multi-agent workflows, secure and compliant AI integrations, and bridging legacy systems with cutting-edge AI technologies. With the AI revolution transforming 2025 into 'the year agents enter the workforce', my approach combines deep technical expertise with practical enterprise requirements.
My Journey
From Delphi to AI Agents — a love story with code
Where it all began
Picture this: a teenager in Florianópolis, Brazil, discovering Delphi at SENAC. While my friends were worried about normal teenage stuff, I was building desktop applications for doctors and dentists. Yes, I was *that* kid — the one who thought databases were cooler than video games. (Spoiler: I still do.)
Love at first 'html'
Then the web happened. One look at HTML, CSS, and those beautiful early JavaScript alerts, and I was hooked. It was love at first sight — or should I say, love at first 'script'. The ability to create something that anyone in the world could access? Pure magic.
The secret double life
For 17 years, I led a double life. By day: a respectable banking professional, helping clients with their financial needs, wearing the suit, attending the meetings. By night (and weekends, and lunch breaks, and... okay, maybe during some meetings too): a passionate developer building projects, learning new frameworks, and keeping the flame alive. Seventeen years of "I'll just fix this one bug before bed" — you know how that goes.
A new chapter in Canada
In 2021, I made two life-changing decisions: I moved to Canada and said goodbye to the banking world. Now I dedicate myself full-time to what I've always loved: crafting custom solutions that help businesses and people grow. It took me 24 years to turn my hobby into my career, plus a trip across the Atlantic. Better late than never, right?
And honestly? Every line of code I write today still gives me that same excitement I felt back in '97. Some things never change — except now I don't have to hide my IDE when the boss walks by.
